Life moves in waves — moments of calm, times of chaos, and everything in between. At A Life Reimagined Integrative Therapy & Coaching, I help you cultivate balance, inner steadiness, and renewed purpose after trauma, burnout, or major life changes. It's possible to feel at home in yourself again.

At A Life Reimagined Integrative Therapy & Coaching LLC, I help clients move beyond the weight of trauma, burnout, and life's upheaval toward a place of genuine balance and renewed purpose. Healing begins when we learn to ride life's waves instead of fighting them—and together, we'll build the inner steadiness and practical tools you need to not just survive, but truly live.

Specialized treatment for trauma and PTSD that helps your nervous system process difficult experiences and move forward with clarity. This approach is particularly effective for clients recovering from significant life events.
Body-centered methods that help you reconnect with physical sensations and nervous system regulation. By working with your body's own wisdom, we build lasting calm and resilience.
A collaborative approach that honors different parts of yourself and helps them work together toward healing. Particularly useful for navigating complex emotions and internal conflict.
Practical strategies to reduce anxiety and depression by helping you clarify your values and take meaningful action, even in the face of difficulty.
Grounded techniques and life coaching that help you cultivate steadiness, reconnect with your inner resources, and build confidence as you navigate change.

Clinical Social Worker, MSW, LCSW
I'm Pam Wright, a clinical social worker and therapist based in the Memphis area. For 8 years, I've worked with individuals and couples navigating some of life's most challenging passages—trauma, burnout, anxiety, depression, and the disorientation that comes after major life transitions. My practice, A Life Reimagined Integrative Therapy & Coaching, exists because I've seen firsthand how transformative it can be when someone learns to work *with* their nervous system instead of against it.
I specialize in trauma and CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and sports/work performance issues—and I bring 40 years of experience in sports to that last piece. More broadly, I work with people who are caught between surviving and actually living. Many of my clients are high-achieving or deeply sensitive individuals: people who have carried responsibility, cared for others, or pushed through pain for a long time. Whether you're a trauma survivor, an athlete adjusting to life after performance, an athlete experiencing anxiety or burnout, or someone simply seeking more peace and steadiness, I understand the particular weight you carry.
Life moves in waves—moments of calm, times of chaos, and everything in between. My approach honors this reality. I blend evidence-informed modalities like EMDR, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with a deeply collaborative, person-centered stance. I believe healing isn't about forcing change or 'fixing' what's broken; it's about reconnecting you with your own inner resources and teaching you practical tools to regulate your nervous system.
Therapy with me is paced with care. You can expect a balance of gentle exploration and actionable strategies that meet you where you are. My goal is to help you cultivate balance, inner steadiness, and renewed purpose—so that you can move forward not just surviving, but living with confidence and flow. It's possible to feel at home in yourself again. Let's begin the work of reimagining what that can look like for you.
